This is CLEARLY WRONG. Kappa has been upping their game for awhile now; they get amazing pairs. And the CHI O DEBACLE will drop them considerably and certainly UP other houses they cross-rush with as girls flee toward them as other safe choices. These will include PI PHI, KAPPA, ALPHI PHI, and maybe ALPHA CHI and GAMMA PHI.

Yes! The mess Chi O has put themselves in will drastically change pledge class sizes and make-ups for many upper houses.
