these guys just know how to party. they’ve been under the radar and look like they’re gonna pop off. they also get pretty good pairs, heard they even have a gphi pair comin.

I can name two just as new houses that will be leaving alpha sig in bottom tier next year. You need to have the highest gpa and win intramurals every year or have a history, philanthropy, and a nojo mansion if you’re gonna rise so quickly. Decent pairs would help too. Maybe alpha sig can rise in a few years from now, but they don’t have the achievements/inheritance/involvment atm to recruit against the currently rising bottom tier houses

So Beta Sig has the highest gpa and has won intramurals but i dont think id say they're leaving alpha sig in the bottom tier. improving? yes. leaving bottom tier? probably not.

idk what youre talking about, but the only houses moving up to mid tier next year is alpha sig and phi psi... intramurals and gpa doesnt matter that much in social tiers, just look at beta sig
