Sig chis are genuinely nice guys and are the only top house really thats always been around. Parties aren't the best but the guys and legacy they have keep them up top - Pretty sure zbt was with pi phi before delts/tridelt got kicked off and then wound up with aphi last year so they were def on the come up before that little 5. regardless, unless pi kapps is having a good night (which they haven't really been having this year) zbt is usually the most fun house to be at

You’re clearly just a guy who’s jealous his frat isn’t top, because me & most girls I know all agree we usually have the most fun at ZBT. The guys are all usually nice and they play good music and their parties are packed. ZBT is a lot more fun than pi kapps honestly and a lot better than aepi, partially because there’s always a ton of people there.

ZBT is not the most fun house to be at on any given night. You really have to go to more houses. There are a lot more houses that are more fun than ZBT on a typical night. Plus, most of the guys in ZBT are weird af. But, that is for a different argument.
