honest reputation of pi phi?

I am in love with this house. What is their reputation on campus? What are the girls like? What frats do they typically pair with? etc...

Not a huge Pi Phi fan but they're my favorite if you're picking between them and aphi. I think it goes to show how few hate threads there are about Pi Phi vs Aphi. Yeah they're in trouble with their nationals but most sororities and frats these days are. Overall they're pretty and pretty boring. Nothing to rave about but not much to hate either.
