Throw the best parties, have fun and crazy attitudes. Putting K Sig on here is pushing it, but their pair with Chi O is promising and they are definitely on the rise with a solid new pc.

I would put these rankings on hold, gonna be some surprises tonight. Some big name groups will not make quota and are frantically trying to decide what to do right this very minute. Top tier wasn't so top tier this weekend.....middle tier ruled the weekend. Wait and see, wait and see.
