a ranking pnms can look at if they’re insterested in tiers based off combining past rankings, who frats pair with and girls in the house from personal reference after being through recruitment and having friends in chapters. tried to keep all the tiers similar sizes too
top: pi phi, aphi, chi o, a chi o, gphi, kappa, zeta
middle: dz, axid, theta, kd, dg, aopi, aephi, phi mu
bottom: agd, sk, adpi, sdt, tpa, asa, dphie

Also, top or not we want our girls to feel at home. I tell them straight don't rank us top just because of our tier, only do so if you could see yourself there. We usually will ask you back if we can see it too and we know our sisterhood well so don't take it personally. Honestly PNMs best advice is to show us your best self and be authentic. We see thru bs answers.

Treated. But honestly chances are you will get cut from at least one house you loved and felt you fit there. You hold your head up high and keep going with what you have left. You accept your bid and realize you have instant access to so many new friendships. You realize out of so many girls you find one, two or twenty girls you mesh with, can study with or at least can have a good time with. You find your place, your best friends and maybe even future bridesmaids. If you put yourself out there and keep an open mind you will feel that it was all worth it. Worst case scenario, you try it out for a few weeks and drop if you hate it before initiation.

What's up with tiers anyway? It's just women putting other women down. Not supportive at all. It's like high school all over again. And only being able to pair with frats from similar tier and only after they ask you? Archaic - sororities need to be better than than and need to go back to what they were created for - sisterhood and philanthropy - and be supportive of other sororities and women.
