a lot of the middles are wife material. top tiers are more college hot slam tbh. not saying they wouldnt be good wives. but if i had to wife up a house it'd be towards the middle/more chill girls.

the classic grouping of dg/theta/kd as well as axid and gphi. randomly a couple agd's too actually.

well depends if you want trophy wives. if so go for 3rd street.
if you want a "normal" wife, go for anyone else.

I actually agree. Lotsa trophy wives are in top tiers. Not saying that there aren't trophy wife material girls in other chapters though. But when I think wife material i think of nice sweet girl who I can actually see being nice and meeting my parents.
basically what the second person said. the wholesome girls like axo axid gphi dg theta kd and actually phi mu. a lot of girls are really nice in that house.

like DZ ChiO AXO Zeta. A lot of top houses that aren't third street are definitely your best choice. 3rd street has some nasty personalities that def aren't wife material. these girls are gorgeous and also (mostly/the ones I've met) chill and nice.

It's not about being a 50s housewife, serving your man. The question is about which chapter has the kind of women you would be proud to introduce to your parents (wholesome, down to earth, intelligent, warm). There are certain types of girls that guys want to hook up with and then other types that they actually have respect for. This is the nature of the question.
