fall 2017 frat rankings

Top: Pi Kapps, Beta, ZBT, Fiji, Sig Chi

Middle: Kappa Sig, Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Sig Pi, Sammy, AEPi, Acacia, DU, SAE, Theta Chi, DChi, Lambda, Sig Ep

Lower: TKE, Pike, Skulls, Pilam, DKE....the rest of them

Disclaimer:The reason why SAE is so low is because its based on the fall right? So right now SAE doesn't have a house and has only been throwing parties with other frats. Not having a house rn hurt them and hurt their PC. They will improve once they get back in their house and start throwing parties again.

putting DU and down in the lower tier makes no sense. Those houses were lower mid in the 5 tier system, so they should still be in the middle tier now. The 3 tier system just expands the "middle" tier.

I know people don't care for the unhoused fraternities much anyway but I'm just confused why people mention DKE and not some other unhoused fraternities. DKE is actually the lowest of the low along with KDR. DphiE won't even pair with them. So assuming order matters within the tiers, why are they listed as 5th in bottom when they should be absolute last?

Yeah Fiji isn’t to but Beta definitely is. literally one of the few relevant houses besides Pi Kapps

Sammys unhoused and is staying that way which means they aren't top tier. I give then another 2 years before they're down to Skulls/Pike level

How is sammy lower than phi Sig and sig pi lol, sammy pairs with aphi, pi phi, xo, kappa, gphi, zeta, and tri delt... phi sig and sig pi never pair with those houses. Sammy throws down every weekend and some weeknights, you just don't hear about it unless you're invited they also quad with zbt and pkp a lot. They have a party space as well. Not having a house hasn't effected them pair wise/party wise
