real rankings we all know but won't dare to say

Read the description before you try and fight these. All things considered, they are the truth.

Top: Pi Phi, Kappa, AXO/ZTA
Upper Mid: APhi/ChiO
Middle: AXiD/GPhiB, Theta, KD/DZ, AOPi/DG
Lower Mid: Phi Mu, AEPhi, ADPi, TPA/SK, AGD, SDT
Bottom: ASA, DPhiE

HERE'S WHY:

PI PHI: While consistently maintaining their quality of top tier women, Pi Phi stands apart from former top tier houses like TriGeedy and APhi simply because of their consistent sisterhood. Pi Phis seem to truly care for each other and their sisterhood, there is minimal hazing, all while recruiting quality women year after year.

KAPPA: While you might not agree initially, top tier is where they belong. KKG has been ignored constantly, but they deserve more of the limelight. Not only are they a top tier group of women when it comes to looks and sisterhood, but they also hold their sisters to an incredibly high standard. KKG may not be the most notorious for partying, but they know how to throw down, all while holding their high standards, remaining classy, graceful, and looking out for one another.

AXO/ZTA: Relatively similar houses. Quality women, known for being fun and friendly, and also having a high regard for sisterhood. While I have seen lots of people tearing ZTA down because of last year's incidents, ZTA has managed to remain strong, recruit successfully, and move on from their past with ease.
