Regardless of why they are pulling the charter, the decision to evict the girls with only a few weeks left in the school year is absurd. It is equally absurd to only give them 5 days notice as well. The decision made in handling it this way must have been made by a group of bullying adults on some type of power trip trying to make this process as difficult as possible on the girls. Perhaps the way the National office handled this is the reason they have chapters on probation. They are so blinded by their ignorance and arrogance that they cannot see that their actions and poor decisions set the tone for all of their chapters. It's impossible to have any respect for a group of adults acting in a manner equally as bad as the college students they are attempting to punish. This is a pot calling the kettle black situation if there ever was one.

Did nationals do what they did to take the house/assets? This has happened at other schools and is a very disturbing trend. Why didn't the local housing board FIGHT Back? My bet is that they were threatened with litigation which is a common tactic by these NPC thugs. Get legal help and FIGHT back.

What purpose did it serve to allow them to have recruitment to close the chapter a month later? Did the same person make the decision to evict everyone rather than let them live in the house one more month? It seems like their purpose wasn't only to shut the chapter down but to make the circumstances as difficult as possible.
