Sammy is a completely new chapter. By the time they would move in to delts' house the last semblance of the group that destroyed their last house would be gone.

I'm sure DPhiE has the numbers...how many does the house sleep? Just because they didn't make quota doesn't mean they couldn't fill a house

DPhiE does not have enough members to fill that house even with their informal recruitment. That house is big to fill.

DphiE recruited 16 during formal this year and 13 last year. Even if they added the same number of girls in informal I doubt they would have the numbers with Seniors graduating. They would need a live in requirement for their whole house and even with that they would be short. DTD is a big house.

If they took about 50 women through informal, they could fill the house. This could be doable if DPhiE's national would help them. Quit adding new chapters to your organization and support the ones you have. Delts just have to pay the mortgage, they don't have to save money, so they could give DPhiE a good price to recoup some money.

can anyone who is actually a DPE comment? I looked at some of the other DPE chapters and it likes like their georgia and georgia southern chapters just got houses. Why would they not want their IU chapter to have one?

but what does pursuing a house mean? Because we can all see why they might not want to purchase a house if the chapter can't make quota
However, renting a house is a different matter entirely. If DPhiE could make it work financially so that their members are living in and they can cover the house with what they would otherwise spend on rooms living on campus or in an apartment or something + some parlor fees, I don't see why their nationals would say no
It would really depend on what the rent of the house would be
