From what I've heard Delts, Acacia, Phi Delt and Phi Sig all got great classes.

Phi Sig has one of the best pledge classes, easily stole some guys who would have gone to top houses. Props to them

Don't forget these pledge classes when Delts is still on top, Phi Sig starts to make the move from upper middle to top, and Acacia starts the rebuilding process back at their house

Okay, I agree with your first two statements, but honestly don't see Acacia going many places with the current guys they have in the house. They need to make some quality changes, then I will agree with you.

What about the houses not mentioned here. Like how did Lambda, Sig Pi, DU, Theta Chi, and Beta do? Let's try to hit on all of the houses.

I know Theta Chi did well, heard they stole some kids from Beta and Pi Kapps, but Beta also did very well. Sig Pi new PC is solid too, some cool kids.
