Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 2.4 I rushed here and I asked a member about their philanthropy and she didn't even know what it was called. Not impressed. Plus they have crazy strict rules at frat parties from their sober sisters.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 4.2 The university opened land to alumni viewing/organization purchase during Little 5, apparently? People keep saying that. Regardless, their numbers are up, they're at almost every other chapter's philanthropy, and I feel like I see them all over the place. Hopefully they actually do get their house soon! Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 5.0 It is time to clear up some the confusion. The university has said they will be allowing new groups to purchase land for housing after all. Tpa has done very well so far, and they will have housing within the next five years that is just as nice as the other sororities. The same goes for asa.
