Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 3.4 They have a bad reputation but honestly these boys are so much fun to be around. I have not met one that I haven't had a good conversation with. I don't really know why their rep is so bad, maybe from past stuff? Which is stupid. They're fun, genuine, HOT guys! I love skulls!!!!
