bottom :/ but i wish they were higher. really nice guys. i've been to a couple of their parties when they open and have had a good time. idk what they did to get all this hate. idk why they're called skulls, but neither things bother me since the guys i've been are nice.

lower end of the middle tier. they are moving up..but they are also forgotten. I don't think I've ever seen them have a fundraiser for their philanthropy or anything like that. Yeah I've heard they have good parties, but is it that hard to supply alcohol and good music? Every frat here should have good parties. Classiness did go up when they got rid of the scumbags last yr. But like i said, overall, fine..but forgotten.

every time i go there it seems like all the guys are genuinely friends. and they are so nice to everyone!! i have so much fun when I go..which is almost every time the party opens!! love the phi kapps to death. also this has nothing to do with anything...but i also love how their pledge rides are super fast. haha. this house is really on the rise!

Seriously love these boys so much! I go here at least once a weekend. These boys don't have big heads like other houses, even though they are at least equally as attractive. They're always really friendly and SO much fun. I never have to wait a long time for a ride either. I have to admit I was little worried the first time I went because of their old "skulls" reputation, but it is 100% clear that they left that behind them and are doing great as "phi kapps"! Really respectful and fun!

sad my house doesn't pair with them!! hopefully we do next year though. It sucks that a bad reputation still follows them though. They don't deserve it. It's hard getting my sisters to go for the first time but once they do they always want to go back when the frat opens at 12. TRUST me. go when it opens and you'll have a blast. BONUS POINTS: their dj actually listens to requests haha. they've really gone up in all aspects of greek life. they just need to get their name out more!

Only guys who might be better are Beta.

moving up in the ranks for sure! last year I would say people thought of them as bottom tier, not they are solid middle and one of my favorite frats to go to when they open! I REALLY hope our social and their social meet up because I always have fun with the Phi Kapps!

moving up. got rid of the low lifes and now are so fun to party with. once they get more involved, people will see how fun they are!! the pledge classes are getting bigger, which is good. overall attractive guys too.

Don't hear much about them. Told ppl I knew a guy in "Phi Kappa Sigma" and they said..."where?&quo t; Need to become more known and get the word about philanthropy around. Maybe go to others' too. Not JUST to ones by their house. Chill guys, rager parties.
