Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 4.2 My good friend is in Skulls, and the reason why their reputation dipped a little bit is due to some cool, but very sketchy guys about 3 years ago. They kicked out the sketchy guys and now they have a huge number of guys in the fraternity, and HANDS DOWN have the best parties out of any frat that I've been to at IU. Their huge rush parties will get them good pledge classes. Don't be surprised to see skulls up there with the best sooner than you think....

They could do a little bit more around campus but they're super smart (4th or 5th highest GPA??) and they party WAY harder than almost every frat at IU.
