Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 3.6 Off Campus? I don't think people even know what frat's they are ranking on this site anymore. Cool, down to earth guys. Party hard, but keep their parties safe. House is old, chapter is young (2001) you can tell they don't have a lot of Alumni money. Could be more involved on campus.
