Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 ATO was better. I thought PiLam or Pike was going to get your house but a smaller frat got it. You guys actually suck that much for the landlords to do that.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 Delta Chi doesn't exist at IU and if they ever come back which is doubtful they will be an unhoused chapter as they did not own their house. By the time they get back TEP will probably be housed lol (not knocking TEP either they are just a start up is why they are referenced)
