These guys are killing it this spring. Not a top house quite yet, but moving up quickly due to great recent functions and other houses leaving the picture. Not a typical “frat bro” vibe, which is refreshing.

Good guys. Lower top frat, or high mid tier frat. Bad rep from houses before them, but they will be one of the best in 2-3 years I bet.

I have several friends in this fraternity and it’s really just unfortunate. Majority of these guys are originally from acacia which I think says enough. They all are cocaine addicts and don’t know how to go a day without skiing. A lot of them just don’t know how to socialize and leave a girl alone. Yall need to hold your men accountable first party I went to I saw a brother hit a girl and they never did anything over it.

Chi Phi is honestly such a great fraternity! Even though they’re pretty new, they’ve been getting better and better every year. I’ve seen them grow. Their darts are fun, and the guys are chill.

Absurdly fun house. Their darty’s are the best on campus. People from every house go and always say they had an amazing time. Incredible house with incredible guys.

Fellas are so touse I had to write them a poem I ain’t Shakespeare they Calle me tousespeare At the Chi Phi house where legends dwell, Lives Dylan Rapp, frat king as well. With hat flipped back and shades on tight, He’s shotgunning beers well past midnight. his vibe’s on blast, He’s somehow always skipping class. In tanks and jorts, he struts with pride, Protein shake always at his side. He’s got the pong toss down to art, He calls it skill, he calls it “smart.” He once did curls with a parking cone— Now claims it’s how he “sets the tone.” He DJs ragers, runs the aux, Plays remixes that melt your socks. From Drake to dubstep, bass lines drop, He spins till campus begs him stop. At formals, he’ll show up in style— Pastel fit and sideways smile. He dances hard, he drinks with flair, He’ll flirt, then lose his shoes somewhere. But deep beneath that frat boy shell, Is loyalty that runs deep as hell. He’s loud, he’s dumb, he’s strangely wise, He’d fight for any of his Chi Phi guys. So here’s to Rapp, who lives full send, A brother, hype man, and a friend.
