Now that I have been to both houses for social events, I have found that Delt Sigs has not been doing as well as Sig Ep. Everyone has always said that they are the same but that is not true at all. Recently, Sig Ep pledges have gotten to eveyones babies (including my house) and actually put in work to do things for them. I am amazed by the progress they have made because when I was a freshman, I did not even know they existed. Obviously they are not top tier yet but I would not be surprised if they are in the future. Everyone can hate on them all they want but these guys understand what they are doing.

Theta chi was never top tier. It was getting their but still considered upper middle tier. I miss that house, they had awesome tailgates, super laid back guys and wish they didn't lose their chapter but theta chi was never a top tier house. They were simply TFTC

I mean they're still having one on one's and tailgates at their house, and they got pledges so they're still around socially.

You can argue who is better than who all day but in the end if you are in pike sig chi FIJI lambda chi, SAE, snu, Delt sigs, sig ep, delta chi you're in a good house. They've all had their ups and downs but these are the houses that run the Greek scene. People make a lot of noise about who is better but these houses generally respect each other when push comes to shove.
