Theta chi had 10 pledges for spring 21. These kids keep on getting worse and worse, they are definitely on a huge downward trend and expect them to keep on having COB with SNU

Sadly, this is a top tier frat, and as all top tier frats, you get top tier d-bags. Look no further than the money, because these boys have a lot and it shows. Tinder ladies, here is where you will find that one guy who can and will make you a "trophy wife." Not all the guys are bad, however, during rush they show little interest and there is no doubt pledges get the HZ.
