Only thing that’s good about theta chi is the house they have, some really weird guys and creeps, and they are always in trouble. Def wouldn’t recommend so many better options

Goated frat. Love these boys. They’re awesome. The last baby party I went to was a blast and every pledge and JA are genuinely nice kids and fun to party with.

the house is really nice, it is very big and roomy - nice location. parties are ok, other frat parties are more fun and the people are not that nice.

Weird guys who are creepy and will get mad at you over the smallest things to protect their house they don’t even take care of. if they had cool and nice guys this could be a top fraternity but sadly people realize there are wayyyy better places to go.
