Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 1.9 Perhaps one of the most "average" of all frats, these guys deserve a solid D- for simply self ranking to the extent that they did. What is this, "children of the corn?" Do you really make your pledges sit there and rank yourself? That's pretty sad boys.
