A top tier house with dudes who get play and lift heavy weights and are total chads. I would rush here if I was a man. Very farming.

Great house. Solid group of guys who just like to have fun and treat women well. A top 3 house for sure.

Very nice and thoughtful guys. Type of guys to always say hi and ask how you. Also their house is very clean compared to other houses.

Recently, this group has become much more involved on campus. They're a fun and friendly bunch, and even though they're not widely recognized, they work together really well. It looks like they'll achieve even more in the future!

The guys in this frat aren’t the most attractive in my opinion, but they’re very nice and respectful. I’ve always had a good time whenever I go to a party at farmhouse. Very much a sort of country vibe, which isn’t for everyone, but like. They don’t really advertise when they’re throwing opens, so it’s hard to know when there is one, but I guess it’s fair considering frats aren’t technically supposed to openly advertise their opens.

This chapter is an amazing chapter and are willing to help anyone and always trying to get involved with anything on campus.

Sweet caring boys who are extremely respectful and their parties are surprisingly really fun. Everyone should go at least once.

Very down to earth and nice people. Their house is very clean compared to other fraternities. Top tier fraternity

nicest boys ever. always up all night having fun. would be top tier if people gave them a chance. very goofy boys who will always be down to have fun and help out. much stronger brotherhood that other frats and are respectful towards woman.
