I always have a fun time at this house. I like the company of the guys. I have never had a problem with them and have never been treated poorly. They are actually sweet, nice guys.

Most guys arent that cute, even tho the hot ones are a little handsy. Not sketchy, respectful other than the one incident. Guys are kind of weird but have good parties. Need heating in the basement.

I generally have good times at these parties. The guys are easy to talk to, especially the younger class. The parties get pretty packed so for a bad rank, it sure seems like everyone is more than willing to head there for a party. It is a must to get there earlier though because the longer you wait the more it gets packed.
