Delt sig is so overrated… but I think that’s only by them. Everyone’s learned delt sig parties are always a bust and lame and they never have enough alc. some weird dudes in the house overall not good.

Cool house, but the brothers are full of themselves, and some aren’t the best looking. Overall not the worst party’s but not super fun. Would not recommend tbh.

Genuinely don’t understand how they still have a good rep they’re not any better than the mid tier frats. They’re on the decline. Parties always flop and their pc’s get worse and worse every year
