i don't know this house well but i feel like they have a lot of potential! stop throwing so many open parties and focus on socials to get your name out there and so girls can get to know you.. it'll be much more worth your time.

i wouldn't call them "the best" like some people here are but i also wouldn't say that they're "nonexistent." ; they do party with top tier sororities so props to them for that, but i would call them average in about every aspect.
