Unless your a top fraternity like pike, sigma chi, SNu or fiji you should not be getting 5s or 4s. Lambda chi is ok, they arnt good or great, just ok. That is why they are second tier. Sure they have the possibility of getting better only because their serious competition on harrison is gone (Sigep), but without their own house not sure how that can sell themselves to rushees

Used to be top tier up until 4 or 5 years ago, then went down pretty far and then lost their house which hurt them more. Seems like they're rebounding though, had a strong fall pledge class. They do things with PiPhi and DG which isn't great, but I hear they had closed rushes with Phi and AXO this year so they must be doing something right. Anyway, I was personally never a big fan of them but gotta be honest, seems like they're on the rise. One of the classier houses, I'll give them that.

another house that seems to be on the rise. still not a huge fan, and they're still not at the top, but they are better than they were a few years ago by a long shot. not the classiest guys, but decently fun. Never seem to do anything with the top sororities, but don't do much with bottom either. stay in the middle which I guess is ok, but it won't help them move up reputation wise.

some fun parties, nothing too special. some really good guys, some big losers. very hit or miss, but pretty good house in general.

higher end of the middle tier. Very fun, but still not very classy. Slightly on the rise. Should be pretty good in a few years. Past two years pledge classes are getting better.
