This is really accurate especially for the upcoming school year. I mean I guess people agree if this post has 307 upvotes and only 20 downvotes. All the other rankings have more downvotes than upvotes. Not this one though!

Aepi is completely a bottom frat. Pretty obvious that you’re self ranking here. Phi delt, snu, ka, dsig, even tke are all better than aepi.

I would say Aphi and Axo are tied for top . Axo is much more diverse as well!

This list get one thing right and that’s that chi o and SNU are the biggest self rankers and both belong at the bottom. Chi O will go nowhere now (various factors may change this but not soon) and SNU could move up with a good draft class. They will still be around TKE, at best

Yes. This is how it will unfold. Chi O is doing all the right things but I am warning you PNMs they do not get invites and they are not established enough to join. They did get a house which is a great step, but theta and agd have houses too and it doesn’t matter.
