I would put them there now. Maybe it’s just me but KD did well this year and DG stumbled. Theta is proof that it takes decades to rise in the ranks but at least they’re bottom mid with chi o and agd below them

I genuinely don’t get thetas rank it seems like a huge house with solid mems why is their reputation so low?

Theta does have a nice house but they always take leftovers. I never heard of anyone choosing theta over KD or DG. Now, I do think you pick Theta over a chi o or AGD but as for their reputation idk. Like someone said it takes a long time to work up in rank and they had bad leadership for a while. I don’t know about now

As a theta I can confirm it depends who we have leading. We have a mix of really smart religious girls and social party girls it just depends on who exec is and their relations with the frats. As long as ur fun and hot it doesn’t really matter what house you join though lol, you just have to put yourself out there more. I’d say the only sorority that gets put down REALLY badly by the rest of Greek is AGD unfortunately

I figured theta doesn’t care about frats because they don’t put themselves out there for socials like KD and DG do. Who knows my frat is basically gone now so maybe it’s differenr

That’s a good point about Theta’s house, important for new kids to know that the physical house is not that important for sororities like it is for frats. Unless you live in the house no one cares about the sorority’s physical space. Theta house is nicer and newer than DG and KD but they are both ranked higher. Sorority houses at SDSU are generally not that nice.

I mean it also depends on how nice you want your living situation to be, Theta isn’t a top house socially but their housing is top tier (prices,meals,size of the house) my friend loved living in but I agree you will have to put yourself out there more to make up for whatever social connections they might lack. Isn’t hard tho my bestie gets into every frat even if she doesn’t have a flare lol just be social!

No one is intimidated by chi o. I’m in a mid frat and it’s accepted that they’re going to take anything they can get

I’m confused why AePi and KA are so high. I know girls like their parties but they’re not top houses. Sorry, not yet
sororities look like I expected them, maybe this is about sisterhood and I have no idea. As far as invites this is right
