top houses

Since its the end of the year I wanted to get something off my chest that I've been feeling for awhile.
I really don't know how I feel about my sorority. Being in a top house really isn't all that. Yeah it's nice that I never have to worry about being turned away from a party or anything and we get to hang out with the top frats but that's really it. I have no real friends, there is so much drama, all we do is party (which gets really old), and I can't tell if guys like me for me or for the letters I'm wearing. I don't drop cause I keep thinking it's going to get better but it hasn't. I don't know what I should do.

So what you are saying that all this top house BS is just that? This is why I laugh at the qualifications for it.
In all honesty, I am a recent grad, and I still speak to tons of people that I actually was friends with. This is your best opportunity to actually meet people and network. This is what the so-called top houses don't realize, and why I see so many doing nothing with their lives. Anyone can throw or attend a party.

one of my roommates from freshman year joined DZ and one of her DZ sisters from Nor Cal got her a killer job at Apple. Guess it worked out for her to be in one of the lower houses.

LOL same here. Everyone I know in the top houses love it and rep it till they die. I've met my future bridesmaids and we're in a group chat with each other 24/7. Looks like someone from a bottom tier made this up for rush... LOL
