spring rush

I keep hearing that pi phi does spring COB but that it is very exclusive. does anyone know if that is true? also, what would be the best way to get an invite to an event if they were to have any during spring?

They usually do it, but it’s invite only. I tried doing it one year but didn’t know any pi phis so my inquiry email was ignored. Ya gotta have friends!
