Let's be real. These guys are definitely rating themselves. I know a few here on campus. Two are cool and one of them is a total doucher. I guess there's always a few that you just don't like though. Their parties are alright but have yet to impress. And for the house, come on.... Everybody will be getting bigger and better houses in the next few years so stop saying that it is to come. You are what you are. Don't hype yourself up too much!

Theta Chi guys are great! So nice and genuine. Different from stereotypical frat scene but in a great way! I love coming to their parties

these guys have only been on campus since fall 12 and theyre already making HUGE progress. they throw massive parties!!!! ive met some very sincere and smart gentlemen in this fraternity without a doubt. they may not be top house yet, but i think they will be very soon.

Theta Chi is by far my favorite fraternity at SDSU. They are fun, genuine, nice guys plus they throw great parties! These guys are true gentlemen and not like your typical "frat guy".

These guys are completely genuine, I like talking to them because everyone is so different yet extremely chill. I'd go to their social events more often.
