They just got their charter back. I met a few of them at their events and they seem really nice. A different vibe than last semester for sure. Hopefully, not a Pandora's Box situation after all the seniors left. Plenty of diversity of thought, creed, and everything else. All are welcome.

This fraternity was recently chartered and are finally moving into the house. They seem like great guys. I have heard mostly positives but every fraternity has to start somewhere. They started from the bottom and are slowly moving up.
