Um, no. Sigma Nu will still get all the leftovers of rush and start at the bottom just like Pike did last year and Delta Sig the year before. Best case scenario Sigma Nu is top tier like 4 years from now.

Returning to SDSU in Fall 2016. Was upper-middle before being kicked off in 2012. However, they will not be allowed to live in their house until they have chartered (likely a year after coming back) and will have to start at the bottom just like any other new house.
