most do, i know for sure the big 4 on campus are, those being:
ATO
Kappa Sig
Sigma Chi
Theta Chi

A lot of fraternities start before kick off so the 1st week of school. Kick off is usually the 2nd week back.

Kappa sig is def in the top 4...having an on campus house practically guarantees a spot on top tier with the exception of theta chi who I would consider the top of the middle.
