Pikapp is mid not like Beta. Beta got a house and was moved up but is significantly less popular. No im not a Pikapp just stating facts bc some lie on here.
Pikapp is established with mid socials and mid pairs. Their tailgates are great. Beta is brand new with no pairs. Pikapp are much better looking be real. Aephi dropped Beta lol. Any guy wishing knows there’s no comparison.

Tke is miles ahead of pikapp. None of us are tke we just aren’t delusional. They can pair with theta theta is just closer to dsig lmao. Zbt can pair with piphi. Kappa sig is just better lmao. Pikapp can’t even RUN for theta 😂

Charity social? Ur so stuoid. ADPI dumped Dsig bc they don’t like them. They like TKE. They’ve always hated SAE. ZETA loves Dsig. Top girls love some of the mid frats. No sororities do charity socials. We actually like mids and thats why they all showed up. If you actually knew ADPI you’d know they were the ones who requested it just didn’t pay. Hear me out. PiKapp has been at UCF for years not starting out like Beta. Why would PiKapp move down bc Beta got a house? More new frats will get houses.
At least PiKapp pairs. TKE lied and said they had PiPhi for hoco they got a rude awakening. TKE is doing too much you look like PiKapp with a few cute guys.
