Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

UCF Tiers:
•Top- most popular, mostly top socials & top/upper pairs. most attractive.
•Upper Mid- popular, mostly upper socials & pairs. very attractive

also , its not just 1 singular girl in zeta who wants pikapp kkg and chio down. we all do except you guys. literally look at your socials and support.

Whoever said pairs are just one thing here’s way more than just one thing. PiKapp is established and has been here with mid socials and mid pairings. They are courting Chio.
Beta is a new frat just starting out. They have kids but were just dropped by Aephi with no hoco pairs yet.
