Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

Pairs are just one thing lmao. Tke has looks and socials. Pairs are not everything and only are to you.

well you got rid of lower mid so how can u have lower mid relations or pairs?
lower mid is simply chapters who aren’t as popular, attractive or have comparable socials or pairs to true mids. like it’s always been.

Dsig and tke have top and upper relations. Multiple. Look much better rand are much more popular.

Beta and pikapp have the same relations just beta doesn’t have aephi lmao. You have ruined this site with ur desperate need to stay up.

PiKapp have mid looks, TKE has mid looks
PiKapp have mid socials, TKE has upper and mid socials
PiKapp have mid pairs, TKE has mid pairs
Beta has a house, lower looks and no pairs

beta is 3 years here and pi kap has been here a long time stop trying to keep established good frats down. you are literally fighting to lower a fraternity rank.

that’s socials and pairs and looks ate the same. some srats pick mids to have socials with that does not make them good looking or higher ranked
