Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

•Top- most popular, mostly top socials & top/upper pairs. most attractive.
•Upper Mid- popular, mostly upper socials & pairs. very attractive
•True Mid- some popular, mostly mid socials & pairs. many attractive.
•Lower Mid- suspended.
•Base- unhoused, not as popular, mostly have mid/base socials & pairs, some unpaired. some attractive.

hoco pairs isn’t everything. sae and theta chi share hoco pairs.
ppl can have opinions but that’s not why ppl r dislike. nobody is bringing up ksig and phidelt or tke v. dsig. u know why ppl are upset that’s what happens when u force.

It’s not just one person. There are valid reasons to want ksig above. Majority didn’t agree. So they won’t be. U don’t need to invalidate. Ppl are mad about other things and u know what. If isn’t one person.
