Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

UCF Tiers:
•Top- most popular, mostly top socials & top/upper pairs. most attractive.
•Upper Mid- popular, mostly upper socials & pairs. very attractive
•True Mid- some popular, mostly mid socials & pairs. many attractive.
•Lower Mid- suspended.
•Base- unhoused, not as popular, mostly have mid/base socials & pairs, some unpaired. some attractive.

We all said “suspended chapters should go lower mid below lower mods not bottom” he then flipped it and faked a ton of comments and dislikes (there’s proof of it) He doesn’t want suspended chapters lower mid either. He doesn’t want ANY lower mids bc he knows that’s where his chapter and his only relations will end up. He is drowning this. He bumped over 8 posts lmao. Lifeless loser.

there was more than two who wanted lower mid. some girls did too. but the majority wanted 5 tiers. it was around 5 names i saw. two men and 3 women. the rest were mostly guys in top 5 frats and maybe 15 girls in top 5s. majority wanted 5 but the ones who want 4 are on here more often. one of the ones who wanted 4 is the zeta hater loser

The zta hater girl is spamming dislikes on everything. She spammed these ranks, socials and hoco.
Yes we know there was a man who hated on them. This girl is a jealous hater. She down ranked their reviews last week.

why would a zeta hater do that? it could be anyone. there’s only a couple chapters who don’t like socials. the zeta hater is going to make posts hating on them that’s what he does. it could be anyone.

sig only got names of a couple of the zeta haters not anyone discussing 4/5 tiers, they said that over and over.
they could’ve tell who was chatting about the tiers they were on pa. lots of ppl wanted 4 and tops wanted 5.

actually no tf they didn’t stop lying. sigma chi also wants 5 tiers every chapter ranked above fiji / chio does. only y’all want 4. if they didn’t know who was doing it how did they blame a girl on pan? ur so dumb stop speaking on what u don’t know u don’t know any sigs. why do you think

They are correct. Sig Chi only got names of a couple of the ZTA haters. They did not get any names of anyone wanting 4 or 5 tiers. They were all on PA and couldn’t see names. Ask any Sig Chi
