wouldn’t be surprised if beta bought out both DU houses. They got rich nationals & alumni

sigma chi and du aren’t technically losing their house. their just renting it until their chapter is reinstated. both are suspended for 4 years rather than just being completely kicked off. fiji will likely have the same or similar fate since they made national news for racism.
