Membership should matter more in ranks

Socials and pairs say a lot about a chapters popularity but tops and upper mids are willing to pair with true mids. (Real true mids like theta, aephi, sae, dsig and tke.. not the “true mids” who no one wants there)
Anyone can get socials and pairs. Membership for frats shows ur popularity outside of sororities but also PNMs.
ATO, Theta Chi, KSig and TKE have best membership.
