i am not a tep nor do we have socials with any of the base frats. tep is higher because beta and dtd have less socials and pairs. tep literally paired as a base their first year? It’s unheard of.
tep showed up and won a ton of philos, beta too but they didn’t show out like tep. one even met a dtd until shakedown.
