UCF Fraternity Tier Explanations 2025

Top Tier:

(Theta Chi, ATO, Phidelt)
These top frats are the most popular and successful with the most attractive guys. Girls love them, they have mostly top sorority relations. They are leaders and extremely competitive. All are respected but some don’t have the best reputations. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. They all have great houses. Close brotherhood for the most part for these fraternities.



Upper Mid Tier:

(ΖΒΤ, KSig, SAE)

The upper mids are popular, successful and highly competitive. They are attractive, top/upper mid sororities like to have socials with these frats. They have great houses and fun parties, reputations are mixed. They love party and have really fun events with great participation. All have a great brotherhoods for the most part.



True Mid Tier:

(DSig, TKE, PiKapp, Fiji)

These solid mid frats are gaining popularity, majority are attractive and most girls like them. They have mostly mid sorority relations. They’re the nice guys, very smart, leaders with great reputations. They have nice houses and fun parties. These guys are super involved, very competitive and host great events. Brotherhood is a priority to these fraternities.



Base Tier: 

(TEP, Beta, Delt, Pike)

The base tier are the new frats just starting out. They are good guys, friendly, smart and have some attractive guys. Great reputations. They are getting involved and are making mid and base sorority relations. These guys are super nice, leaders and also very smart. They host good events. Since they are new they don’t have frat houses yet. All are building strong brotherhoods.
