The sig house (what will happen)

Sig chi nationals owns the house. They won’t lose it and will prob just rent out until they get their charter back

I think you are correct. Sig Ep used to own the house that UCF leases to Theta. SAE used to own the house that was leased to Theta Chi and now AEPhi. There will be a process, but I think the Sig Chi house will wind up getting leased to a sorority. My money is on DZ.

Nationals revoked their chapters. Meaning they stopped trying. Plus it will be a long time before they will get back on campus. I doubt they will sell to UCF
