multiple new ucf sorority houses

ucf has the land to build 4 new houses. as of now they are building one but that leaves a bunch of awkward land surrounding. we could build three more houses in that parking lot / surrounding. we can then make the next lot over (where the empty space and trees are) a parking lot. complete greek row!

from what i’ve heard the house is for a new sorority but i’m not on pan so it’s just rumors. ucf rejected dz
