phi delt should be top tier discussion

the rumors about phi delt doing that were untrue and disproven forever ago. they are more comparable to tops and are on level w popularity and looks with tops. they don’t have the best diversity but they do have some. no one in real life sees phi delt in the same level as ZBT & DU

Top Tier:
ΣΧ - Sigma Chi
ΘΧ - Theta Chi
ΑΤΩ - Alpha Tau Omega
ΦΔΘ - Phi Delta Theta

Upper Mid:
ΚΣ - Kappa Sigma
