How can the "lower tier" chapters improve their popularity when no one wants to do anything with them? No one ever wants to pair with them for HOCO. Also, some of those chapters post the same unattractive, awkward girls over and over, while they have cute girls who they rarely show.

It's so true. I've noticed at some of the PAN meetings one of the bottom tier chapters actually has some really pretty girls now. Probably because they post the same few unattractive girls all of the time. They need a better social media person! It makes a difference.

Some of the lower chapters need to start with revamping their social media. People can't see what you don't show them. Quit posting the same tired faces all of the time. I thought some of those girls graduated a while ago??
