difference between tri delt and Adpi?

want to do spring rush— both houses seem to be majority of very pretty blondes with money, christian & sisterhood - however y is Adpi ranked higher and how come?

Adpi is more instagram model girls who are facey and not as down to earth. Tri delt is more down to earth and friendly
